T6 Chem Wash/ISO module

In-Line Cleaner

The compact Typhoon T-6 is an advanced, zero-discharge inline cleaner engineered to effectively remove No-Clean, RMA, and Water-Soluble (OA) fluxes. Designed with precision and performance in mind, the T-6 delivers powerful cleaning in a small footprint.

Key features include an adjustable chemical injection pump for maintaining optimal wash concentration and a dynamic air blow-off system that ensures complete chemical isolation without the use of water. Its robust 10 HP wash pump, paired with AAT’s proprietary nozzle configurations, provides thorough flooding and high-velocity impingement to fully solubilize and remove all flux residues from PCBs.

Ideal for manufacturers facing evolving industry standards, the T-6 offers a cost-effective and reliable solution to meet today’s stringent cleanliness requirements.
